So, this morning, as I was getting up, look what I saw out my window!

Isn't it gorgeous?!

I actually went outside in my PJs and boots and hat and coat and took pictures.

It was like a snowy-frost that coated everything. The news people were calling it "freezing fog."

Don't you just love winter?

I can not believe that I still had these pictures on my camera, just waiting to be downloaded, but low and behold, there they were! But I suppose that now is as good a time as any to blog 'em.

A couple of months ago, my family and some friends went up to the Air Force Academy, to watch the Air Force vs. Navy football game. It was so epic!

Now, you should know that I'd never been to a football game, and really had no idea what to expect. And so you can imagine, me, at a football game. I had absolutely no idea what so ever about football games. I though touch downs were called goals...that's how bad I am at sports. :)

But, surprisingly, I had about the best time ever!

{Oh and a big thanks to Elle and Mr. Reese for explaining the game....I actually could figure out what the players were doing!!! High five!}

So, before the game, we had a party type thing in the parking lot...

Complete with pie!

Then, we headed into the football field...{where Elle stole my camera and took some awesome pictures!}

And the game began.....

During the game, we got funnel cake and cotton candy....

Listened to the band...

And took more pictures!

And I have to say, I had so much fun! I could even understand what the players were doing....most of the time.

But, since I'm not any of these things, I suppose, I shall have to settle with being me, and that's just fine. But, I have to wonder, what would you be?

'Ello! Guess what, guess what, guess what? Christmas is only 35 days away! Can you believe it?!!!?!!! Me neither! Things have been so busy lately, and as everyone knows, the holidays just make it even more busy, which I am so excited for! Parties, food, presents, and everything...Christmas just gives you a nice warm feeling inside when you think about it, doesn't it? AND (!), after Christmas, I have my 13th birthday! I am so excited! :) Maybe, even, a little overly excited?!?! But, since I am feeling in the "Christmas mood" I thought I'd share with y'all my Christmas list, just for grins! :)

Wow, how time flies! It seems just yesterday, I was wild with excitement that Summer was on it's way, and here we are in the middle of November! Before we know it, Christmas will be here, I am so, so excited!!

Well, that's exactly what I figured out last Friday. And yes, I even had fun! Apparently, putting a city girl in a farm isn't as harmless as it sounds!

Sigh, one question, why is it that every time I blog I feel I must say sorry for not posting enough? You'd think I'd learn my lesson, but that never seems to be the case. So, as I wonder what exactly I should start this post with I suppose I shall start with the unintentional but mandatory...

Sorry I haven't been posting. And no, I don't have a good excuse. =D

Alrighty, now that that's out of the way, I have, have, have to write this post that I've been wanting to write for well, ever. Ok, a month. But still, forever.

I've been wanting to introduce to you....

Yes, you read it right, but since I like saying it, I'll repeat it......

Excited yet? Me too!

And yes, it was a total surprise. I was out shopping with my mom, and when I came home, I sat down at the computer to check my email, and suddenly, a phone started ringing. I'd never heard that ring tone before, but I figured my dad just changed his. But, I looked over and there was a pink phone. And it was my dad calling to tell me about my phone. It was awesome.

I think the real reason my dad finally gave in and got me a phone is because a couple of months ago, my mom forgot what time to pick me up at school and she was an hour late, and even though I called her with the office phone, it would have been nice to have my own. =)

So, now I'm the proud owner of my own phone. Oh the joy!
